My mother and I were discussing older TV shows and we happened to start discussing Alice. My mother says Flo had a big painting of Elvis in her trailer, but I am certain Flo always talked about Johnny Cash and that it was a picture of him on her trailer wall. It could've been Elvis, but I'm very certain it was Johnny Cash.
