I really like this show, but missed some of the first season. Have they ever said what happened to House's leg? Thanks!

It wasn't an injury but an infarction. Basically, a blood clot that was blocking the flow of blood to his leg wasn't diagnosed in time and he suffered muscle necrosis and nerve damage.

House's leg was something that happened out of stupidity. If he had had it checked out or didn't put it off it never would have became as serious as it did. But luckily in the recent shows, his leg is back to normal, or at least it was, i'm not to sure the rest of it.

All I have to say is watch "Three Stories" from season one. The episode explains what happened with House's leg. It wasn't something that House put off. The hospital actually missed his diagnosis the first time around. Just borrow or buy the season one DVD and watch that episode. Not only does it explain everything, but it's an excellent story too.
