I would have to say that duet Michael Jackson and Eddie Murphy called:

Wazupwitu (sp?) the video was horrendous too. I can't believe either one of them found this an acceptable song to even record. What the hell were they thinking?

Talk Dirty to Me by PoisonTalk Dirty to Me should have been a classic, but there was something merely chugging and "where-is-this-song-going" about it. It was just anticlimactic. I was disappointed with the song, it should have ranked up there with "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" and "Born In the U.S.A." by Bruce Springsteen. Oh I had a few dirty words to say about it.... :soapbox:

"The Curly Shuffle" - I can't remember who did it

It was done by Jump 'n the Saddle, a Chicago band. The song was a parody of The Three Stooges.

Plus, that dumb Tarzan song! :p :barf:

That would be "Tarzan Boy" by Jimmy McShane a.k.a. Baltimora. It was later used in TV commercials for Listerine.

How about "Food Fight," by the Village People, from their disastrous 1981 LP Renaissance? I've never heard it, but I read some of the lyrics in a review once, and it is definitely a dumb song. :p

omg: "I'VE NEVER BEEN TO ME" BY CHARLENE!!!!!! puke:

The first time I heard it, I thought she was singing "I've never been to Maine."

That record was actually from the seventies. Charlene Duncan recorded it and released it in 1976, but it went nowhere until 1982, when some DJ in Miami or Cleveland (it's either Miami or Cleveland where a DJ digs out a forgotten flop-pop record!) gave it heavy rotation! Although Duncan is white, it got re-released by Motown because she was one of Stevie Wonder's proteges. What was Stevie thinking?

I like the song, but one of the songs by the Go Gos sounds stupid,
"Beatnik Beach". I love their music, but this song just makes me think...okay.

"Beatnik Beach"

Dance to the poetry
It's gonna be just you and me
We'll groove on that groovy beat
It'll be boss keen neat yeah
The gang they'll all be there
Join the fun and don't be a square
We'll lipsync a go-go
Just like the Lloyd Thaxton show yeah
CHORUS
Beatnik Beach
It's really neat
Limbo down
Hit the ground
Put on your paisleys
Put on your black beret too
Join all us beatniks
Nothing better could happen to you yeah

"I've Never Been To Me" Charlene (I totally agree. What does 'I've been to paradise but I've never been to me' really mean? )
"Got My Mind Set On You" George Harrison (HOW DID THIS BECOME A #1 SONG?!)
Anything by Bon Jovi
"Adult Education" Hall & Oates (I like these guys but this song isn't very good)

God, there are some more but I'm brainlocked @ the moment.

I like "got my mind set on you" and "pour some sugar on me". That "I wear my sunglasses at night" song sux...my friend was singing it the other day cuz it was stuck in her head, then she got it stuck in mine. There is this one where Micheal Jackson like sang the chorus...about like somebody is being watched and the word "eyes" is repeated...that probably doesnt help anyone...but that song really bites. Now cuz I want to think of it I can't. Any Phil Collins song...Im not a fan of his.

I like "pour some sugar on me".

I don't care for the song at all. I do like the original video where the house is being demolished while they're inside singing the song as opposed to the concert footage video.

I love the song "Kiss, Kiss, Kiss" by Yoko Ono from the album "Double Fantasy". It was kind of a dumb song. In spite of all things, the ending of the song "Kiss, Kiss, Kiss" reminds me of Meg Ryan from "When Harry Met Sally".
