For the life of me, I cannot remember this character. Can anyone help me out?

I THINK he was that elderly guy who was played by Bert Mustin* in a few early episodes. Remember, they would sometimes show him just lounging in front of the courthouse.


*he played Gus, the fireman on a few of the early episodes of "Leave it to Beaver". He had small roles in millions of shows and movies. You'd recognize him if you saw him.

Burt Mustin played realitvly the same character on TAGS but with three different names. He played Judd, Jubal Fletcher and Old Man Crowley
