Kazza 09-27-2005, 09:05 AM Tennessee Ernie Ford, Tallulah Bankhead and Van Johnson... Larry Surrell 09-27-2005, 09:32 PM I'm tied between Orson Welles and George Reeves. Orson and Lucy's adaptation of Romeo and Juliet is a classic! I watched The Adventures of Superman all the time when I was a kid and am happy the first season is finally coming out on DVD next month! Honorable mention to Hans Conreid. I always enjoyed his performances on ILL, and as Uncle Tonoose on Make Room for Daddy. Benno123 04-10-2007, 09:26 PM A tie between William Holden because that is just a classic episode, and John Wayne because ... because it's the Duke!!! And according to Archie Bunker, John Wayne is what's good with America! Tweety 04-10-2007, 11:15 PM Bob Hope, Harpo Marx, and John Wayne. Yeah, I thought of the same three. But wow, there were so many! I always loved the way Lucy was able to play a star-struck woman whenever she was around "celebrities"... it's amazing how good she was when you consider that she was a bigger star than just about all of 'em. mrs.gingerhinkley 04-26-2007, 04:45 PM I always loved the way Lucy was able to play a star-struck woman whenever she was around "celebrities"... it's amazing how good she was when you consider that she was a bigger star than just about all of 'em.  so true...
