seriously, I breathe in real deep and hold my breath for as long as possible. I usually count to 60 seconds. but take in a real deep breathe. it works for me.

yea, that's what I do.

I've heard eating a teaspoon of sugar helps.. but i've never actually tried it.

i have heard of that too, but i don't think i could swallow a teaspoon of sugar, sounds pretty awful LOL

I eat a spoonful of sugar AND hold my breath with the sugar in my mouth. Works for me! :D

My brother does the sugar thing and swears it works, I've never tried it. I just swallow a lot of water in one gulp and that works for me.

all of those work, but if you can't get a glass of water, or a spoonful of sugar, or peanut butter cause you're in class or at work or whatever...just do what i do. take really deep breaths and do it really fast. (like you just ran a marathon and you need some air) it works all the time. ;)
