What happened to psycho Rose from next door? She was great!! :)

I assume nothing happened to her, since they haven't said anything. They don't have her in some of the episodes.

The supporting women characters- Judith, Rose, and Berta- do not appear in every episode.

Rose was in last night's episode. She actually had more lines than she normally does.
