Yeah its annoying, and I guess he does but I think 16 is a little high. 15 is good IMO.

Seriously though, Although the age limit IS 16, 15 year olds may be *considered* IF they've shown a level of maturity sufficient enough to prove they can handle it, and meet the membership and posting requirements...Likewise, just because you're over 16, post at board x, and have been a member for six months does NOT mean you'll get the position - you have to display a sufficient level of maturity....Mod's get certain priveledges relative to the forums they run, and they have to prove they can handle it.

Of course, around here, maturity is a relative term :crazy:...
