Ned & Stacey
Thomas Haden Church as Ned Dorsey
Debra Messing as Stacey Colbert/Dorsey
Get a Life
Chris Elliot as Chris Peterson
The Jeff Foxworthy Show
Jeff Foxworthy as Jeff Foxworthy
My vote goes to "Get a Life". I like "Ned & Stacey" more, but by the end of it's second season, it seems like it was ready to go. Feel free to include any other 90's sitcoms that lasted two seasons. I'm kind of rushed posting this, and those were the only three shows I could come up with.

"Life With Roger", by the time the show was axed, the cast was finally getting settled into their characters and the supporting cast was beginning to get better storylines as well. Plus, if the show had taken off, maybe Yes Dear would've never happened, lol.
"Babes", Roseanne to the n'th degree. As soon as the shock value about a tv show with three overweight sisters wore off, so did the audience, but I thought the "summer burn-off" (why don't they do this anymore?) episodes that season were actually better than the ones that aired in the fall of 90 that got so much controversy.

I remember liking "Babes".
Another 2-Season sitcom from the 90's I forgot to post was "Working." It starred Fred Savage. It wasn't a great sitcom, but I thought it was good. However, I liked the first season more than the second.

I always enjoyed a few of those sitcoms that used to air on USA in the mornings, "Fired Up" with Sharon Lawrence, "Working" with Fred Savage.
I think the 90s have several halfway decent sitcoms that met their demise a little too soon. "Jesse" with Christina Applegate is another. "Veronica's Closet," with Kirstie Alley. To name a few.

MWC, FM and FP all had nice long fruitful runs. Golden Girls ended because Bea Arthur wanted the show to go out with dignity, Golden Palace probably should've run just one more year because it did get better after the dismal start of the season though.

Jesse! I forgot about that one. Yeah, that was a show I felt could have gone on longer. USAM had the best lineup. I loved waking up to it.

this shoulda been a poll
It would have been, but I was in a rush to post it and I could only think of those three shows. I didn't want it to be just those and "Other". So I left the poll out. But now, after seeing some other posts, I would have included:
Ned & Stacey
Get a Life
The Jeff Foxworthy Show
Working
Jesse
Salute Your Shorts
Does anyone know if "Something So Right" was a two season sitcom? I know it was also on USAM.
