If my memory serves me right, John's favorite episode of TC was "Up In The Air", I know his favorite band was the Beatles but he was a fan of the band Chumbawamba as well. One of his favorite songs was from Chumbawamba, "Tubthumping", i read it in an inteview Amy Yasbeck did for USA Today (it has also been one of my favorites for a long time!! Yay, i like something John likes, woohoo). LMAO!! Here are the lyrics, if your intrested!!
This is such a John song... in the article i read, Amy YAsbeck said "it was like his anthem!!!" HAHAHAHAHA!!! :happyface  :D

Tubthumping- Chumbawamba...

We'll be singing
When we're winning
We'll be singing

I get knocked down
But I get up again
You're never going to keep me down

Kissing the night away
Kissing the night away

He drinks a whisky drink
He drinks a vodka drink
He drinks a lager drink
He drinks a cider drink
He sings the songs that remind him
Of the good times
He sings the songs that remind him
Of the better times:

"Oh Danny Boy
Danny Boy

Danny Boy..."

I get knocked down
But I get up again
You're never going to keep me down

Kissing the night away
Kissing the night away

He drinks a whisky drink
He drinks a vodka drink
He drinks a lager drink
He drinks a cider drink
He sings the songs that remind him
Of the good times
He sings the songs that remind him
Of the better times:

"Don't cry for me
Next door neighbour..."

I get knocked down
But I get up again
You're never going to keep me down

We'll be singing
When we're winning
We'll be singing-chorus repeats

Oh, and if I'm not mistaken-- if you look in the early episodes of TC from the 70s, you can see an Elton John poster on the wall next to the bedroom door of Jack's room...maybe it was also from John's request? :) I love Elton John! He was very big in the 70's, so it's not too far off to guess John may have been a fan.

John liked Laverne and Shirley too? I never knew that till now. That's pretty
cool. I knew he liked Happy Days. Blue as one of his favorite colors, that doesn't surprise me. He looks great in blue. It brings out his eyes.

Yeah, it definately does  I also like him in black! :)

I think I recall Laverne and Shirley as being one of his favs...Fleet posted something out of a book where John gave his favorite t.v. shows and I think that was one of them.

Movie: On The Waterfront & The Godfather
Movie he starred in: I don't remember him mentioning a favorite.
Book: I don't know.
TV Show: In order: Lavern & Shirley, Happy Days, Mork & Mindy, Three's Company, M*A*S*H (I got this from Fleet's post about John's favorite TV Shows a while back).
Song: "In My Life" by The Beatles, that's why it was sang at his funeral.
Band: The Beatles, of course
Color: Like retrogilr82 said, he put red, white and blue in the survey. (He spelled "red" as "read". I think that was on purpose to be funny :) )
Episode of TC: "Up In The Air" was his all time favorite according to the "Three's Company" book.
Episode of 8SR: I don't remember him mentioning his favorite episode of 8SR, but my guess would be "Come And Knock On Our Door".
Store: I don't know.

I have a picture of the survey, but it's hard to read. I'll post it here for those of you who haven't seen it. The survey has some of these answers that I posted above.

Hey, thanks for doing this, Chelsea :D Very cool....with the American Gothic one, I think the word next to it is hamburgers? I think it was asking for his favorite food there.

The favorite actor says Jerry Lewis and "sorry,____" next to it...I'm assuming someone's name but I can't make it out.

I don't remember entirely, but I think it was once sold on eBay, and I just saved the picture. There's a lot of interesting things on there that people sell signed by John. I once found a check that was signed by him up for auction on eBay.

Check out this signed card I found on eBay once:
