As much as I try to shield people form bad traders, at any cost- I am not comfortable adding Harper to the master list just yet.

The quoting of an email, in this case- is without headers, and isn't something that is viable proof for an outside objective point of view.

Have you tried contacting a moderator for mediation?

If not, I suggest forwarding any and all emails to myself, or combisthebest and let us weed through the transactions.
The address you shipped to, and if a delivery confirmation was used- is always helpful

Sometimes there can be bad trades, with circumstances - and although I believe your warning is a good one, I won't lable someone as a bad trader ona master list viewed by literally, hundreds of traders without more information.

Not saying that if provided, I won't- but I would like to know more background on this, and see the exchanges if you have the time.
