I don;t want that added stress right now. does it look bad to turn down a promotion? i know it's more money but i have been having a stressful 2005 and that would be something I would want to do in 2006. Now right now. It looks i will have no choice but to say-"ok I'm ready for the challenge". The real world is so wild-lol
