at the end of season 2, they give roseanne a room to write in.

and the end of that episode, dan finds roseanne writing, and the episode ends.

which leads me to believe thats when everything started becoming fictional, the start of season 3 onwards.

it makes sense since season 3 is the season that mark appears.

yes it is true. however, the idea for how the show ended wasn't thought of THAT early, but when it came time to decide how the show should end, it was that writing episode that was decided that would be the turnaround.

It ties in, because I find it funny after that episode, that's the last time Roseanne's writing is mentioned, unless I'm wrong..
