Does this mean we have been picked up for a full season?

I think FOX will show all 13 episodes because the show got off to a good start and ratings have been steady until yesterday.. yesterday episode was very good, and next week looks to continue to stay that way..

I heard theres 22 episodes for the first season.. but Fox will air 13 episodes because 24 starts in January and House will move to Monday nights at 7/8 central and all the other timeslots are full.. FOX will probably air the other 9 episodes during the summer... I just hope Prison Break continues to do well, because its been a great series thus far..
