It has to be Vita Brite episode. Why was Thelma so upset about how Florida was suppose to speak. She gets all upset at JJ and James. "My mother isn't going on TV saying....." That was the episode that made me dislike Thelma. The guys were only joking. I think she tried to act to perfect sometimes.


And her "teaching" Florida how to talk was stupid to me.

One I can remember is the fit she threw in the episode where she dated the bigamist. The way she said "You LIAR! I Hate You!" whoooo, that was a cincher

Another one was when she and Keith got into it when she brought home to Florida.

Or how about this, "J.J., will you TALK TO YOUR BROTHERRRRRRRR!!!!"

Actually, now that I think of this, her meltdowns are what makes her character classic in "Good Times"

very dramatic she was.
