October 11, 2005 is approaching. I'm so gald this show was able to get two releases in one year. Maybe they should keep promoting the DVD on david Letterman like they did for season 3. So I'm expecting season 5 and 6 in 2006, 7 and 8 in 2007, 9 and 10 in 2008 and season 11 in 2009. Hopefully the show is complete on DVD a lot sooner

I got it already. It looks good. I didn't watch everything, but I liked the episode with Gary Coleman, and the episode where George visits his old neighborhood. The sad thing is Zara Cully died that season, right Retro?

I'm not a closet fan, I love the Jeffersons. But you're right, I need to post here more. I'll have to watch more episodes. I have all first four seasons on dvd. Started all of them, but haven't finished any.

Are the episodes, "The Grand Opening" and "George & Louise in a Bind" shown as double and triple lengths or multi parters on the DVD's?

Jenny's Thesis (22:15)
You mean to say that episode is from it's syndicated print? I remember seeing that episode on NAN, with scenes not shown in syndication. There has to be a full length version of that episode.

George and Louise in a Bind might be a syndicated print. Maybe Jenny's thesis, too. Everything else looks good to go.

It's about time they sped up the releases of The Jeffersons! Why it's not on TV is beyond me. I'm very surprised TV One never picked it up. Hopefully TV Land re-adds it. They've got a great Lear lineup going, so why not add Jeffersons? Now all we need is Maude on DVD...

And I realize "things come up" but what is with production companies using syndicated prints? It's getting very frustrating!

I don't TV Land to pick up the Jeffersons at all. I want TV ONE to add the show to their lineup because i'm sure they will show things that is not on the DVD's
