I'm loving this storyline, the only thing I don't like about this storyline is that Dr. Fraud. Who does that man think he is? He's acting more like Marlena's bodyguard rather then her therapist. I dont like Dr. North.. Monday night he snuck in Marlena's room at John's house.. and Saying stuff to her so she can remember what to say 2 john...

John is or was part of ISA, so why doesn't he use his knowledge to good use? Why doesn't he bug the apartment or have cameras in Marlena's room and Dr. North's room to get evidence to prove the Dr. North is corrupt and up to no good? But if John wants Marlena back and North out of the way, he should do whatever it takes.

The Roman now is really Chris Kosicheck. On an episode last week, they showed clips of Roman and Marlena from the 80's. Why would they do that if it wasn't really Roman?

First of all, I don't even know Chris Kosicheck is. I've read about him when going to other web sites of DOOL. I know this might sound weird, but hear me out, maybe Alex isn't Roman, maybe he thinks he is Roman because he has Roman's memories, but actually he's not. I know it sounds wild, but DOOL has done that before, who says they aren't doing that right now. I'm just saying it's possible. It's obvious he isn't who we think he is, he's obviously working for someone, because a few weeks ago, he made or received a cryptic phone call. I just don't want to believe he's Roman, because for as long as I've watched DOOL, Roman has never been or shown he's the type to be evil and vindictive like Dr. North is.

I have thought that from the start too. I have also heard that Alex might turn out to be a former boyfriend of Marlena's twin sister Samantha (who was killed by the Salem Strangler in '82) and that Marlena is experiencing her sister's memories. I really hope that he's the real Roman and that the current Roman is Chris Kositchek. Of course, this all depends on how long Wayne Northrop is supposed to be on the show this time around :lol:

Chris Kositchek was played by Josh Taylor from 1977-1987, so it would make sense for him to turn out to be Chris if Alex is indeed the real Roman. Of course, how the people of Salem didn't notice Chris running around town posing as Roman for the last 8 years is another story :lol:

I really really want Alex to turn out to be the real Roman, but I'm not getting my hopes up. A backup theory that I have is that he's either actually Don Craig or a past love that was never shown on camera, maybe someone she was with before she even came to Salem. However, the only problem with this is that once Alex said something to the effect of "I've already lost Marlena once to you, John, and I'm not about to do it again." So I dunno. I just can't see him being the real Roman though because would be simply too obvious and predictable at this point. I just think JERk has something different up his sleave.

When is Marlena going to get her freaking memory back? My god, how long has it been now, too long if you ask me. I wish Reilly would wrap up this storyline ASAP. I'm enjoying it a little bit, since North is in jail and Lois Banks is on the move, but stop dragging out this storyline. But if Lois even harms Marlena, I'll hurt her myself.

honestly, i have nothing against dierdra hall, but good night, i wish she would quit or retire. i mean, they act like she's the most imprtant person in the whole world. good night she's pushing 50, let some of the younger talent move up a bit in the food chain.
after a 12 year gap, i came back to this show on 7/9/93. since then, marlena has been the main deal most of the time. and except for the possession storyline (BACK IN '95..a whole decade ago plus) she has done little but cower and whine. she's worse than olive oyle. and john is always her popeye. instead of spinach, he moves his eyebrow and poof!, he's the hero.

I'm glad they're focusing on the older actors, it's something that alot of soaps don't do as much anymore. It's refreshing. I'd take Marlena over Chelsea or some of the crappy teen storylines Reilly has written in the past.

ITA, I fast forward through the scenes with Chelsea and Belle. The veterans are better to watch then the crappy teens. I realize Belle isn't a teen anymore, but I can't stand watching her.

i don't want the whole show to be the kids hour either, but it would be nice for a few weeks to go by without john and marlena being the focal point of the show.
patrick lockhart is where? billie will be back soon so maybe he will resurface with her. roman? he has done nothing but be involved with marlena since they came back for the castle. crap, i wouldn't mind seeing roman get it on with bonnie. somebody give roman a story without marlena being involved. what about abe carver? what about shawn and caroline....it's all about marlena while these are neglected.

I would love to see a storyline with Shawn Sr, Caroline and Victor. Caroline and Victor must have gotten closer while being trapped in the castle. Speaking of Victor, what has happened to the man, all of a sudden he is nice, sweet and caring, what's up with that? Where's the cold hearted Victor, who's more interesting then this noble and sweet Victor!!!!
