These two are great for each other & I think they sorta like each other. What does everyone else think?

Yeah I thought they should have hooked up when they kissed two seasons ago. I think they would make a great couple, but I guess since they've been friends for so long, it'll be hard to date your bestfriend.

Didn't someone here say that Joey Lawrence is going to be a new character on the show? I guess he'll start eventually. I'd like to see him & Mona get together. I still don't know why the show had her relationship w/ that white guy end so abruptly (the one who had asked her to marry him). He was a nice guy, they should bring him back plus have Joey Lawrence after her too! That would be a good storyline! This season, I'd like to see Mona get more attention than little Deedee. In the past, when it comes to the two, Mona's always gotten the raw end of the stick & I'd like to see her in the spotlight this time around. I think Mona is prettier than (little) Deedee.

Mona's relationship with that one white guy lasted a pretty good while. I don't think her and Joey would be a good match. Her and that new neighbor guy would have been a good couple if she didn't focus on all of her hangups.

The relationship ended because the white guy's parents were racists. THey didn't like Mona because she was African Amer. She said that she couldn't marry into a family who didn't like her because she was African Amer. I remember that episode because Mona was really sad because she said something like when she was growing up she wasn't black enough and now she's too black. It was sad.:(
I also agree that this season Mona should get more attention especially from her father. I think this season should focus on us seeing that aspect of her relationships. I know the father is not a regular but whenever he was shown it was always with Dee Dee. This season should be about him and Mona.

I want to see more happiness for Mona this season. I just wish those white parents had not been racists. It would have been nice to see them married.

Sorry I didn't like the white guy with Mona. I know that Mona and Spencer's relationship is more brother and sister now, but I'm still holding out for them to get together. It's not like their parents are dating anymore, so I hope their feelings for each other come back. I was hoping that when they did each others dating profiles that they would realize how much they know each other and the feelings would come back, but no prevail oh well maybe someday.

I know and I really like this guy (maybe cause I've had a little crush on him since he played on As the World Turns) and I hope he can keep Mona happy for awhile, she definitely needs it. I still hold out that one day her and Spencer will hook up, but for now I'm glad she actually has somebody.
