I recall an episode of Family Guy where they spoof Raggedly Ann and Andy. In this scene, a drunk Ann is hitting on every doll at a bar. Does anyone remember this?

If so what episode is this from? If I can get a little off topic, what was the relationship between Raggedly Ann and Andy? Were they siblings or a couple?
