I noticed it. Isn't Me-TV such a great network? It's the only network in the U.S. that airs "Get Smart".

Unfortunately, as of 9/12/05, they don't hvave it anymore. :( Sad, isn't it? :( Who knows maybe it'll return in the future, b/c whenvever they put some of their shows on hiatus, they might bring it back on their schedules. Remember, they did this for Punky Brewster, Hogan's Heroes, and a few other shows they have.

Yeah, they usually put their shows back on. They've done the same thing with "The Lucy Show" & "Archie Bunker's Place", too. Chicago is so LUCKY to have a station like Me-TV.

I don't even remember "Gidget" being on Me-TV. I haven't seen that show in a LONG time. It must have been on Me-TV before I started watching it.

This is off topic, but I asked Me if they would be airing Warner Bro. series & they said broadcast networks don't have the policy to air Warner Bro. series yet, but they're working on it. I hope they get to air Warner Bro. series soon, so Me-TV they could have some more great shows on.

Did you hear Me-TV's coming to Dish Network's local channels package this year? I'm definitely going to get the local channel package when they add Me-TV.

Now, they do! They're gonna air Eight is Enough. Even though EiE is actually a Lorimar-produced show, Warner Bros. owns the rights to the Lorimar shows, so therefore, EiE is WB-owned and EiE will be the first WB show to air on Me-TV. So this is off-topic, though.

Even though, LAS is gone, at least we'll have a chance to see another Paramount show that had the logo that LaS has and those are The Brady Bunch and coming soon: Mission: Impossible

The Odd Couple was on there too, and I know that logo has been plastered over. I saw this in 2000 and later I saw a message board entry that it was even plastered over in 1998.

I saw that Gidget was on there, but I could not see anything because I live too far out. It looks like the signal improved though.

Did all these shows air on Me-TV?

No, everything exept Mannix and Happydays.

I read about two other shows that were from Paramount. A science fictions show called "The Imortal" that ran for one season in 1971 and the other show was called "The Magician" that stared Bill Bixby. I saw that in 1995 or 1996 that The Scifi Channel aired them as part of their series tv collection. I did not get to see if the Red Split Box was on them or not nor did I get to watch them as I did not have cable then. I used to watch the Magician when it was new, but I probably missed the closing credits each time. I learned about The Imortal in a book about tv shows. I seen other books that listed tv shows from various years of the 70's and saw there were some made for tv movies from Parmount too and saw a movie that where I could hear the Red split box jinble in it. I saw there was a movie that came out in the fall of 1974 staring Jodie Foster. Now back to Love American Style. I part of a movie called "Love
American Style" that had Robert Reed of The Brady Bunch Fame in it. I did nto think to watch it to the end for the Red Split Box. Ps the tv guikd that I looked at said it was the pilot I saw this in the late eighties or early 90's.

I that Star Trek the Animated series had split box 2 and I saw on a yahoo group that The cartoon series "The Brady Kids" had a still version of this.
