Is there something that can be done about it? I don't mind it once in awhile, but having to close it everytime I click a link on the board is a bit much.

OMG I am soooo sick of those things! I have no choice but to have dial-up, cuz we live in the country a half-mile too far from the telephone switching station to have DSL and can't afford satellite internet service grrrr! So we have an accelerator, and it allows junk like that to come up even though we also have pop-up and spyware blockers. When I disable the accelerator manually, no problem--but then webpages take FOREVER to load! Dunno which is worse...
