I know Fred Berry and Ernest Thomas were in their mid-20s when this series started. Thomas pretty much resembled Raj's age, but while Rerun could pass for 19-20 the 1st two seasons, the 3rd season he looked to be a very, old 21 or 22. Way older than his character's age.
