David Cassidy was overrated. And in sptte of his one-time huge star status I don't feel the show's success was ever solely attributable to him. Shirley Jones and Danny Bonaduce were big on the show too. Susan Dey I guess was too.

The cast summary is technically wrong because they were never credited that way. For those that might not be aware of it, Brian Forster, is the grandson of actor Alan Napier who had an extensive film career but is probably best known as Alfred on Batman.
