I'm asking because I saw a ebay auction and it was 4 Original TV eps but I was thinking it was from someone recording the eps themselves. So there was an actual VHS release of who's the Boss?

There was no commercial retail release for Who's The Boss? in the US, but Columbia House did release some episodes through their mail order offers. I'm not sure how many tapes there were in total, but apparently the first tape contained 2 episodes for the introductory price of $4.95 + shipping and handling. Additional tapes were sent once a month and were $19.95 + shipping and handling. I'm not sure how many episodes each additional tape contained, but my guess would be 3 or 4. So, the eBay auction could be for one of those tapes. If I were you, I'd ask them to specify if it was a Columbia House tape or not.

No they aren't recorded from the Seller. And there are actually several of them floating around out there. I have one of them, myself.
