And I was curious of anyone wanted to share with me, why they chose what they did as a sign on name :)

Mine, for example- has to do with a band called Scorpions- a titled album, due to specific lyrics on the album.

I took my username from two characters on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine named Jadzia Dax (Terry Farrell) and Ezri Dax (Nicole deBoer). :)

I chose gidget because I like the 60s TV show starring Sally Field. I chose grape because What's Eating Gilbert Grape? is one of my favorite movies.

My username is taken from a unsolved mystery case I once read about. Some Crystal Spencer girl, an aspiring actress, who was found dead in her apartment back in May of 1988 or thereabouts. Crystal Spencer. Crystal(S).

I just signed up (as in JUST) and used the name flipper because my name is Phil, and Flipper is, well, Flipper! I just thought it fit. Anyway, I've recently moved to LA to pursue a sitcom-writing dream and found this board in my search for sitcom resources. I'm originally from Chicago, where I directed some community theater and taught writing classes in an adult education program. I'm really looking forward to hanging out on this site and using it as a sounding board for some of my unpolished scripts, etc.

I totally made up my username. I wanted something unique and a tad different from the rest. But the real motivation behind the name is the fact that I have a fascination with both women's clothing and television shows of the 1970s. :)

A friend and I created this username. I love Joey (Friends), and my friend was born in 1987.

Well, my username is simply came from my mind or maybe some rock n roll music references.

"Swede" because I love Sweden/Swedish and "Ace" from my favorite group, Ace of Base. :D When you put them together and say it as one word, it sorta sounds like "swedish" with an "ay" sound from "ace." I dunno.... I just thought of this username on a whim back in 2000.

And also thank you for the compliment on my avatar! A good friend of mine took this photo, actually, and submitted it at an amateur photography website. I am quite fond of it myself, as well! I asked him if it'd be all right to use it as my avatar, and he said "yes." ;) I agree, he did a GREAT job on snapping the photo with his digital camera. It's a nice picture! I LOVE it so much!! It is such a beautiful rose!! He gets all the credit for the photo, so I will pass on your compliments to him.

When I came up with my user name, I wanted something original and something I would remember:lol:. So the 'TV' part is there because I like tv and hope to pursue a career in that area and the '06' is my high school graduation year.

i really dont know how I got the nickname that became my username here - some friends of mine just started calling me "rowwww-beeee" and it got transmogrified from there.

My Cousins name is Peter and they had a son last fall- She named their son Pete.

username is "vegan_matt, my name is Matthew Vincent (only my mother uses my full name, like if she hears me curse or something) and I am a Vegan. Veganism is very important to me, so that is why I have added it to my username.

Hello :wave: I just joined today because I love classic sitcoms and I thought it would be fun to discuss them with other people. My username is one of my cat's nicknames. Her name is JoJo but I call her JoJoBear because she is so lovable. She is the most lovable cat I've ever had. I have two other cats named Oreo and Chloe.

I had three previous "forever" names... Patricia Heaton Forever, Delta Burke Forever, and Annie Potts Forever. TJ got sick of changing my name. Sean Snow had once suggested to me, "Change your name to __________ Forever and put whoever the person is in your avatar." I didn't use the _______ but the -* because they looked pretty :D

For the first 13&1/2 yaers of my life, my family lived in Mayfield heights, Ohio, which is one of Cleveland's eastern suburbs. In the aerly 1970s, me, my brother, and our dad sometimes drove down to Akron to watch pro wrestling in the Akron Armory.
