I don't know why i can't find this song anywhere. It's not on any of his albums & it's not on any of his greatest hits albums. I heard this song on a commercial a long time ago for a greatest hits cd by him. It's one of those cd's that you have to order on tv. I guess the song must be a unreleased song.

I think I know what you're talking about. That song sounded tight, if I remember correctly. Are you completely sure that's the title of the song?

What's the deal with Teddy having a transvestite in his car the night that his accident happened which paralyzed him for life? Hahahahahahahahahahaha. I hope Teddy wasn't getting some hea* when his car hit the tree LOL.

I thought the song you're talking about was just for a commercial, not a greatest hits cd.
I'm not sure if the Transvestite story is for real of a myth. From what my parents told me he was indeed with a tranny and receiving a b/j. I'm dying to read an article confirming this, though.

Teddy having a transvestite that night in his car is true because i read about it in Luther Vandross's autobiography book a couple of weeks ago. I don't know if he was getting hea* or not but he did have a transvestite in his car. Anytime a man has a transvestite in his car, you know what's going on LOL.

My brother's friend, Mike, said he went to a Teddy concert, and while singing "Only You", on the "You got, you got, you got, you got what I need" part, he said he saw Teddy pointing at a dude in the audience. :o
Teddy on the dl? Hmmm....

I found it. You can download this song on Limewire.
This song was originally on the Philadelphia International All-Stars album "Let's Clean Up the Ghetto."
I mistakenly thought you were talking about a different song that was used in an ad that ran on BET about 15 years ago.
