I caught the first showings last night, the picture quality is great and much better than the murky looking faded color prints that CTS showed a few years back.

They're adding My Favorite Martian in December too!

Isn't this weird? Both series as well as "Family Affair" and "Leave It To Beaver" that have been picked up by SUN TV were all part of the CTS TV family lineup as recently as a couple of years ago until they were all replaced by junk like "Full House" and "Charles In Charge". Now they're all back on Canadian TV and I couldn't be happier. Now if only some station---any station---can pick up "My Three Sons", I will be a very happy camper indeed.

You're right. "Full House" is a disgrace. :lol:

But that's not what this post is about so take your complaints somewhere else.

One quick point about "Flying Nun" and "Eddie's Father". One thing they have that "Full House" never will have in my lifetime are Oscar winners. You know about Sally Field thanks to her infamous acceptance speech ("You like me! You really like me!") but also keep an eye out for Jodie Foster, who made several guest appearances as Eddie's friend Joey Kelly. For a little kid, she was cute!
