What is your all-time favorite episode of The Odd Couple and why?

I think that my favorite episode was the one when Felix thought the apartment was haunted.

Fear of Flying. But, of course, I loved Laugh, Clown, Laugh because of it's guest, but I'll admit it wasn't the BEST.

I love the Odd Couple eppie where Myrna is upset cuz Sheldn left her! )= But! (= Felix helps Myrna to become more graceful!! (: I like those scenes!

Felix: (mocking) I talk nasal? I talk nasal?

Myrna: How do you do.

Hehehehe!!!! I have every Myrna eppie and she cracks me up!!! Hahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!

I loved the part where Sherman the clown does the Flopsy-Mopsy part. The best part is at the end where Oscar dresses up like Sherman. Even though Felix drives Oscar crazy, they're still there for each other. How many sit-coms nowadays are like that?

How about when Felix was coaching a pop warner football team. He got totally carried away with coaching and drew up some complicated plays in which no one understood. I also liked the episode in which Oscar was doing Monday Night Football with Howard Cosell. That was really funny. But the great thing about this series is that there weren't any bad episodes!

There are so many great ones....but I think my fave is when Felix's pet bird dies and they have to go plan the funeral.Then during the funeral...the bird wakes up!wasant dead,just over-medicated!!! Also great is Edna's Birthday Party!!!!I stop what I'm doing when those 2 are on!

My favorite was the episode where Felix and Oscar went to the Fat Farm.
Oscar was just hilarious in this one, as he tried to deal with not being able to eat his normal junk food diet. I especially loved the scene where one of the instructors at the Fat Farm was talking and holding a peach in his hand. And then a by that time starving Oscar out of nowhere just took the peach and devoured it!:lol:

Too many favorites to pick one.

But "Felix the Calypso Singer" has always cracked me
up.

Anyone know the words to the song Felix sang?

Actually, another favorite of mine is when Felix redecorates the apartment. It is hillarious when Oscar sits in the "Hand" chair and tells Felix he feels like an M&M. LOL

I like the one when felix gets surgery on his nose cuz he can't
stop honking(hahaha) then oscar breaks his ankle are something.
thats so funny, and I like Felix the calypso singer and the one
where oscar tells murray about when felix first met gloria.

Ya know, I've watched a lot of shows over the years, and "The Odd Couple," a show that is what, 30+ years old, still is one of the best shows ever made, and it still cracks me up.

I hope the start releasing that show on DVD. I know I'll be on line to buy it!

How about the boxing episode with Splint McCollough. Felix has to box Splint.

Oh definitely the espisode called The Flying Felix......the one where Felix is afraid to fly and Oscar goes with him on the plane.........i get hysterical when Felix reads the lips of the plane mechanic...."Methinks there's trouble in the fuselage, Frederick" LOL classic!!!

My absolute favorite starts out with Felix trying to prove to Oscar that New Yorkers are decent people. Oscar remains unconvinced, till he and Felix are stuck in a stalled subway car with an assortment of characters including Scatman Crothers and a sarcastic man played by producer Garry Marshall. (Oscar: I haven't been in the subway in years...Marshall: can't tell you how we've missed you!)

Then they all help a pregnant dog deliver her pups and the New Yorkers live up to Felix's ideal. And we get to hear Scatman Crothers playing too!
