Dean Winchester 08-31-2005, 11:41 PM have Buffalo Bill and Charmed already, eventually will get Lost.
Vash usually doesn't post the next week's DVD poll until Thursday mornings, so that's why it wasn't up yet.

Heh, looks like I beat him to the punch a couple of hours early. It always seemed like it was up by Wednesday for me. ;)

I usually post the poll on Thursday mornings. It's been that way every week for over a year and a half and I prefer doing it myself. I'll let this stand but please allow me to post the polls as I've done from now on.
gidgetgrape 09-01-2005, 10:38 AM So Little Time - Complete Series

Fraggle Rock: Season 1
Doogie Howser, M.D. (Season 2)
Dean Winchester 09-01-2005, 04:52 PM I personally think Tim and Adam would both enjoy Buffalo Bill. $29.99 list for 26 episodes (the entire series) is a good deal too. It's in the MTM/Newsradio vein.

According to amazon.com and tvshowsondvd.com the set has 26 episodes. Two episodes guides I checked list that 26 episodes were made, but tv.com lists 28.

Dean Winchester 09-01-2005, 07:48 PM I've never heard of it before? Is it a comedy? Who was in it?
it was an early 80's sitcom on NBC. Dabney Coleman starred as an arrogant, yet popular television personality in Buffalo NY who had a talk show and the show was about the local station he worked at. His boss was Max Wright (Willie Tanner from ALF), Joanna Cassidy from Six Feet Under played his girlfriend who also worked with him, Geena Davis, Meshach Taylor (Designing Women) and Charles S. Robinson (Night Court) also worked at the station. It was a very funny show but it was low-rated so it only lasted two half-seasons (one in early 1983 and the second in early 1984) before NBC yanked it. It did get a lot of Emmy and Golden Globe nominations in 1984 still.
