A lamentably short-lived hour-long drama debuted, a lot more realistic than Lost in Space, Land of the Giants, or even Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea. It was entitled The New People and involved a group of castaways trying to reorganize into their own new society. I would dearly love to have all the words to the theme song.
