Yesterday I was watching Unsolved Mysteries and I saw this case again it has always intrigued me. About the two twins where one was charged with burglary and swears that it was his twin brother that committed the crime. This one is a tough case it is really hard for me to make a decision on who to believe the one that was locked up really was convincing but, I have to wonder why any judge would convict someone with this much reasonable doubt. I hate to play this card but this may have been racially motivated what do you all think about this one?

I think the judge was trying to make a precedent. If he let both twins go then it would be case law. If it becomes case law then every twin charged with murder would be able to get away with murder. Oh yeah, it's a messed up case. When they were on that talk show they were both crying like they were innocent I didn't know who to believe. I don't think I could live with myself knowing I put my innocent twin in jail. I don't believe it was racially motivated though.
