Everyone:
last night as I was watching Nick At Nite and they said that they were having a new program on Sundays called "Totally 80's Sunday" This program will include Silver Spoons!
So everyone, watch Nick At Nite this Sunday at 9:00pm 8:00pm Central time. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/tongue.gif

The good news is that Silver Spoons will be seen on most upcoming Sundays, the bad news is that they will be playing the same episodes they showed during the marathon. Here is the schedule I've seen so far:
Sunday, March 11th
11:00PM
220 - Mr. Cool
Ricky turns "punk" to impress a trendy new girlfriend, but finds that his values are not so easily altered.
11:30PM
201 - Menudo Madness
Ricky Stratton, trying to impress a current heartthrob, promises that her favorite group, Menudo, will perform at his party - now that he must figure out a way to get them there. Teenage singing sensation Menudo makes a special guest appearance.
Sunday, March 18th
9:00PM
109 - The Great Computer Caper
Computer whiz Ricky and hot-shot school reporter Arnold Jackson are wanted for treason when Ricky gains computer access to top-secret military intelligence and Arnold prints the explosive data in his school newspaper.
9:30PM
504 - Rick Moves Out
Rick moves into the Stratton guest house hoping for a little privacy, but soon discovers his friends think his "rad pad" is an open house where they can "party down.
The schedule doesn't go up any farther than that yet (there is no SS scheduled for the 25th, they are showing 3 other shows), so I don't know what their plans for April are right now..
So basically it's a show that will show a different 80's show each week? I guess that's better than nothing- but I'd love to see SS on a NIGHTLY line up. Or AT LEAST once a week-- at this rate we'd only see it once a month if we're lucky.. and if they just show the reruns from the marathon there's not a lot of point in that as I'm sure we all taped those. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/frown.gif

I have not taped those shows yet, But I'm planing to Sunday night.
I just became a huge Silver Spoons fan when I watched it on Nick At Nite Monday, I fell in love with Ricky, Hes so cute! But I found out a lot about him. And hes not so cute anymore, But still, watching Silver Spoons makes me think about how cute he was when he was a kid, and I'm just glad there showing it more often.
Hopefully after "Totally 80's" Sunday stops airing they will put Silver Spoons on for good and leave it there.
I don't care what show they have to take off to put in its place, Silver Spoons is worth it!

I was such a Ricky Schroder fanatic when I was a kid.. he was definately cute!! I wallpapered my walls with his pictures.. wrote him fan mail all the time, joined his fan club.. etc.. Watching SS reminded me that he was DEFINATELY good looking, but when I look at him now he just doesn't have it anymore **no offense to those of you who still think he's hot. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/wink.gif I just personally don't think he's aged that well. Oh well.. still love Silver Spoons.. and also DESPERATELY looking for copies of seasons 1, 2 and 5-- can ANYONE HELP ME OUT??
