Obviously Andy won, but they never gave the results!!!!

I don't think they ever got to the point of voting because Barney all but conceded at the end of the episode when he stood up in front of the crowd and said "Well, I don't know about you folks, but I'm votin' for Andy." I think we can assume Barney dropped out of the race and left Andy as the only candidate.
