He was funny, smart and a gentleman. I always loved his point of view when dealing with a problem and felt for him when he got himself into a pickle. Ah, like the time he wanted to tell Christine that it wasn't good for her to be dating Tony and quoted those famous words, " It ain't over till the fat lady sings." It was so pathetically funny. For every time that he got dumped, I felt so terrible for him. Love Ya, Harry. Dan was easily the funniest character on the show (though the others were funny, too). I thought the weakest eps were usually the ones where they softened him too much. ClassicTVGal 08-15-2005, 12:15 AM I have just began to watch this show this weekend.. but I liked Harry from the start. He's my favorite. And I recognized him as "Harry The Hat" from "Cheers".
