I noticed when the motel manager had the motel room door open there was a hand rail in view with a metal design. So, seeing how the bathroom window was facing in that direction (the room's window was on the same wall) it was obvious now that she did climb out that window and ran away. She didn't fall, or splat. It looks typical like all motels.
