Can anyone confirm or deny the actress who played the woman who recognized her rapist at the grocery store as Peyton of WB's One Tree Hill?

I don't watch that show, but I went to the "One Tree Hill" page on IMDb. I found out the character of Peyton is played by an actress named Hilarie Burton. It says she was born in 1982 -- meaning she would have been around 13 went the segment aired.

So…. I don't think so! LOL!
