One of the most fantastically written shows ever, I think. Watch it if you can, highly recommended.

OH YEA!!!!!!!! It's absolutely amazing, arguably the best of al the Britcoms, I know we could debate that one, but definately unique and extremely well done.

Couldn't agree more The League are superb!!!! Brilliant TV Series shame about the film. Nevermind they are still hugely talented!!
They have also inspired a new sitcom Called "The Mission".

THE MISSION is a very Human Sci-fi sitcom that targets every area of society for some form of Ridicule. No one escapes!

Using the guise of a covert Military Intelligence Unit (Mi8) The Mission remit is "To seek out Aggressive Alien and Paranormal Incursions into the UK and Eliminate them...."

THE MISSION, has already been compared to; The League of Gentlemen, The Young Ones, Fawlty Towers, Father Ted and Python.
