I bought both seasons of That's My mama but I wanted to also get What's happening season 3 but that would have been close to a $100 since both seasons of That's My Mama cost me $64.00. So I will get the WH DVD in Sept

I looked for it when I went to both Target and Circuit City today, neither one had it so I'll get it from amazon.com. Each is around $21. I picked up Good Times and What's Happening today, mandatory.

Target is for Detergent, wouldn;t go there for DVD's, i am surprised Circuit didn;t have it. I guess it's best to order but doesn't that create a problem since ordeing through amazon is UPS delivery?

I have UPS deliver to my work address. I receive any incoming packages, so it would come straight to me. I always order from amazon when it's a release that I have an idea I won't be able to find in stores.

By the way Target is great. Where else can you buy dvds, socks, microwave popcorn, and shaving cream all in one place?

UPS just leaves stuff here, you don't need to sign for it.

I went out of my way today to pick up the following DVDs: The fifth Season of Good Times, The Third Season of What's Happening!! and the First Season of Emergency; like Vashti, I could not FIND That's My Mama (anywhere) I looked at Frys, Wal*Mart and even Target...Nada :(

Maybe they hadn;'t taken That's My Mama out the bosx to put on the shelf yet. When I went to Tower Records, I didn't see it and went to ask and the guy had not taken the That's My Mama DVD's out the Box yet which was the New Release Boxes

I am going to look tomorrow after work. I definitely want to check out That's My Mama, since I have never seen an episode, and I always wanted to see this show.

I saw TMM at Media Play, it looked pretty good, each season came in 2 slimcases. Anyways, I didn't pick anything up, although it sure was tempting.


I'll probably get mine from amazon tomorrow, Friday at the latest. If I ever get the (late) review copy, do you want me to switch it to you?
