Does anyone know the words to the song that DJ sings to Michelle at the Telethon?

I just stumbled through my DVD-R copies of all of the episodes (except season 1 I have on a regular DVD). One of which is from "Our Very First Telethon" where DJ was singing to Michelle called "Lollipops & Gummi Bears". Here are the lyrics:

You're welcome! Just one thing. I was trying to turn my closed caption on and nothing happened on ABC Family since I copied it on DVD-R. Nick at Nite has the one with the closed caption on. I type the lyrics to the song where I was listening to DJ singing without looking at the closed caption.

Oh that is fine. That is what I do. CC usually seems to "short" version people's lines.

Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but where does this song originally come from? Because I have never heard it anywhere else.
