There's a lot of touchy moments in movies, but the most worst moments in films are about death, and how they died. Even if it's fiction or non-fiction. Example Ordinay People delt with the lost of a son and a brother,Mary Tlyer -Moore as a greving monther played an excellent role, in Steel Magnolis Juilia Robert's chaater died in the milldle, Sally field's (I know thats's not the wright spelling of her last name) was a emotinal reck when she found out that herdaughter had died, she knew that her daughter was in a coma, but the sence where she was yellin the graveyard was really emotional. What's Eating Gilbert Grape ia another example. When the children could'nt get there monther out of the door because she died in her bed and she had a weight problem so they burned the house down with her in it,that was the end of the movie. I think it helps people to wacth movies with this subject matter, mabe it will help them to deal with there loss in real life.,

I haven't seen the show, and the movie isn't out yet, but I have listened to the soundtrack and "Rent" deals with EVERYTHING including death.

A couple of Swedish films that I like by Ingmar Bergman:

Cries & Whispers (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00005EBSF/ref=ed_oe_dvd/103-3637615-7766218)

Where a woman is dying throughout the movie, and her sisters and servant are tending to her in her sickbed.

The Seventh Seal (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/6305174083/qid%3D1124776077/sr%3D11-1/ref%3Dsr%5F11%5F1/103-3637615-7766218)

"After a decade of battling in the Crusades, a knight challenges Death to a fateful game of chess."

Moonlight Mile, City Of Angels.

I especially like Moonlight Mile. It goes into all the aspects of grief and how a family trys to cope after a loved one passes away.

City of Angels deals with death, too with Nicholas Cage playing an angel of death. But, since seeing "It's a Wonderful Life" I'm going to think of the scene in "It's a Wonderful Life" where James Stewart's lips is also bleeding as Nicholas's was in "City of Angels". James does a much better job of acting crazy than Nicholas ever will.

Anyway, there are lots of films that deal with death.

The movie Phenomenon is very sad when John dies...

I dont think it has anything to do with the powers he got from looking at that star but its still sad..

HOUSE OF CARDS (1997) is a very good movie... The girls father dies and leaves her not speaking.. Tommy Jones does an excellent job bringing her back...

I wanna get this on VHS!!
