Do you use an electric or manual toothbrush?

I like a regular toothbrush, Oral-B (soft, full head). I've used Colgate Total toothpaste for years, but now I've discovered Aquafresh Extreme Clean. It has to be the Enpowerment flavor. It's so refreshing.

Use to use a "hard" but was doing more damage than good. Now use a soft Oral-B and brush 4 - 6 times per day (floss 6 - 8 times a day).

No - I'm not obsessive compulsive - just have a lot of issues with my teeth and need to do them that often. I also had to switch to a kids' toothpaste as anything mint burns since I got oral Lichen Planus. :(

You just finished reading the cat on the power line thread didn't you? Didn't mother always tell you not to read scary stories before bed?

I used to use an electric. They're great really - especially if you have arthritis in the hands and they cramp up holding a regular brush.
