I brush my teeth after every meal. Now use a soft Oral-B and brush 4 - 6 times per day (floss 6 - 8 times a day). No - I'm not obsessive compulsive - just have a lot of issues with my teeth and need to do them that often. Didn't mother always tell you not to read scary stories before bed? I used to use an electric. They're great really - especially if you have arthritis in the hands and they cramp up holding a regular brush. |
