What is the episode title to that super funny episode when they are in a hurry & going thru all them cases and on the last case, this weird slow guy comes in the court room. He had something like "Turtoise Neuerosis" or something like that. I remember that episode when it origionally aired & was just as hallarious on Tv Land last weekend. Actually, all the episode were super!!
