I had McDonalds for lunch today... i didn't bring my lunch like I usually do, and didn't have a whole lot of cash, or time, to go out, so I just decided to run into McDonalds and grab me something to eat in my office. I got a number 2.. seemed harmless enough. Got back to the office and ate it while I did some work. 10 minutes later...

i feel like i'm going to puke. I haven't had McDonalds in forever and I now see that was a wise decision. I seriously feel like the grease in that burger is eating the inside of my stomach. This crap is cheap and gross.

But oddly enough, I still wish I had gotten a McFlurry.

Damn addictives!!!

I love McDonald's!! But I guess it's cuz I eat at least once a week, so I don't have the same reaction as you. I'm sorry you felt that way. :(

Aww, poor you. :(

The reason the crap hit you so hard is because you're not used to eating it. Vomiting is probably the best thing to do at this point.

I hope you feel better.

Don't force yourself to vomit if you don't really HAVE to.
Let the food sit for a while, it'll go away eventually.
Meanwhile, take a brisk walk to try to 'walk it off.'

Whenever that happens try brushing your teeth. It will get rid of that nasty taste in your mouth and the mint from the toothpaste will also help settle your stomach. It usually works for me anyway.

:( I hate Mickey D's. But yeah, that mint suggestion is good...suck on a mint or chew mint gum if you have no toothbrush/paste.

Maybe Alka-Seltzer or Pepto Bismol will make you feel better.

I get the same feeling after eating in MCD too. I dont eat from there a lot, but I usually get it if I eat Nuggets.

Aww...I'm sorry! I hope you're feeling better. If not try some 7 Up or Sprite- it always works for me when I'm sick.

Not that stuff. Try chocolate... that cures everything. ;)

Actually, the herb ginger should help settle the stomach.
