Janice Johnson, this kind of thread creation isn't really considered a "real" thread. This thread is irrelevant. I mean, forums are supposed to have some relevant threads, I would say. I mean, I'm sure TripperFan will see she got a PM when she checks her email OR when she comes to SO. There is usually a popup window that appears informing you have a PM. I realize you mean no harm in any way, but I think maybe you should read the rules to familiarize yourself on thread creation.

Anyway, I think the moderators can handle this thread properly.

I think that I will take this time to say that I think too many SO members are using Carrie Underwood avatars. Not that I have anything against Carrie (infact, I reallly know little about her) or against people using her face in their avatars, but one of the great things about being able to pick and create our own avatars is that it gives each and everyone of us a chance to pick an avatar that expresses who we are as individuals. But it is difficult to express individuality when nine other people have a picture of the same person in their avatars. Just something to think about. :)

This has been discussed in a thread but the thread turned into a discussion about moderators. And just to let you know, there's only what, 2 people with her in their av now? Including me?

Carrie is hot, I can look at her all day. But I agree it kinda defeats the purpose if everyone has the same person. (not saying everyone still does)

Yeah, its dyed down A LOT since that thread ended. I think there are 3 members using her as their avs now (incuding me)

Yeah - don't worry about it too much. Gave some a chance to post some random fun stuff.

I actually had several PMs to get to - swedeace had sent me a couple a few days before yours and I only got to hers this morning. I haven't been on much (things are getting busy) and I've been IMing and emailing with others a lot. Doesn't mean I'm ignoring anyone - I'll eventually get through it all! ;)
