If you look at the first ep and the very first season, you will see why uncle Phil was harder on Will TabbyCat 08-27-2005, 09:30 AM But i think it did him good it showed he couldnt get away with everything. cbear04 08-28-2005, 12:46 AM U r so wrong. Will got blamed for everything. But,when Hil,Carlton,or Ash did something wrong it wasn't as big of a deal.Thank you very much. TabbyCat 08-28-2005, 03:51 AM I agree. He always prefered carlton. greg1184 08-28-2005, 10:57 PM The question is why was he so much harder on Will? The reason is because he SAW so much potential in Will, much more than any of his kids. There are many references to this, including the episode when Will plays "Fur Elise", the episode with the tenet suing Phil when Phil says "You give me the most grief, but you are one I am not worried about", and especially the last episode. Phillip was the hardest on Will because he expects the most out of him. He knew that if he kept Will's head on his shoulders straight, he will turn out fine. This is why I love this show, it got so much depth after the first season. TVFactFan 08-28-2005, 11:03 PM The question is why was he so much harder on Will? I loved the end of the last episode wher uncle phil called will his son that made me cry. (sit)comedy 01-26-2022, 08:35 PM i thought it was unfair that will got grounded for playing some barely audible music, as granny danced in the 'young & restless' episode from series 1. it was hilarious when they snuck out though, haha Virtual 01-28-2022, 08:30 PM The main reason for it is that he wanted to give Will some structure and discipline, both of which he would need in the adult world. But he did go overboard in some episodes. |
