The episode was the one where ricky and his 2 buds hold a beauty contest for the school newspaper. Each kid has a girl who flirts with them so that they can each be the winner of the contest.

Who is the girl that flirts with Ricky? She looks so familiar its KILLING me its on the tip of my tongue and i just cant remember.

She was the girl from "Mr. Belvedere".. I can't remember her real name right now though.

Tracy Wells, is the name of the actress who played Heather Owens on Mr. Belvedere. You will also notice that Rob Stone who also played on Mr. Belvedere as Kevin Owens guest starred in the episode where Rick moves out.
