Sam- Still runs the bar. He got married to a woman named Marla. They have three children named Chris, Kelsey, and Amanda.
Woody- Works for the government.
Norm- Moved away because he divorced Vera.
Carla- Dead. She was killed by a lion while visiting a foreign country.
Cliff- Still goes into the bar. Goes to the bar in peace now now that Carla is dead.
Rebecca- Married to Don still. They have 6 children. Kody and Kyle are twins. They have 3 girls named Liz, Natalie, and Rebecca jr. Another boy named Miles.
Frasier- I would have to go by what he did on his show, Frasier.
Diane- She wrote another book. She decided that she likes woman now and is a lesbian.

Don divorced Rebecca after he became rich. It was said on an episode of Frasier.

Woody no longer works for the government as it was never mentioned on his guest appearance on Frasier.

I would like to think they are all the same, just a bit older.

I'd like to think that the whole gang is still hanging out at the bar - Sam owning it, Rebecca, Carla and Woody working there, Norm and Cliff (and Paul and Phil) still going there, with occasional visits from Harry the Hat, there to scam the regulars again...

As for Diane - there seems to be hardly any chance of her and Sam getting together permanently. Maybe she could come and visit once in a while. As for Frasier, seeing as he's left Seattle, maybe he could pop back to Boston a few times to visit his old friends.

Diane comes back to Sam and he has an affair...
