It's about a rich(millionaire) father who's divorced and his son(Rick(y) Schroder) comes to live with him. He was previously in military school before coming to live with him. He came to live with him to help his dad grow up. I barely remember the show since I was young back then but I do remember a toy train they used to ride on plus other toys that were in the house. The house was every kids dream! The father was immature and Ricky was the sensible one. You'll like it, I think. Enjoy.
