I know you'll all enjoy the A&E Bios. I have all 4 on another DVD.


The Munsters Bio gives a good look at how the show was started, and what effect it had on society. It takes you all the way from the early Universal monsters of the 1940's, to The Munsters, to today.

The Fred Gwynne Bio gives a great perspective on the life of Fred Gwynne, and the long and lengthy career he's had, and focuses of the fact that he is much more than a "Munster".

The Yvonne DeCarlo Bio gives an enchanting look at a very sexy woman, with a very sexy start in showbiz.

The Al Lewis Bio focuses on him as Grandpa, and what effect at how being Grandpa had on his relationship with long time friend, Fred Gwynne. This Bio also focuses on Al's tough start as a kid in Brooklyn, and how that had an effect in his political career.


Since all 4 Bios are not that old, the picture qaulity is excellent!

Fans, if you go to http://www.deepdiscountdvd.com/dvd.cfm?itemID=MCA027469 you will see the Second Season itself will be on the first two discs, and the 4 A&E Bios will be on Disc 3.

I think what Universal did was, episodes 39-46 will be on Disc 1 Side A, episodes 47-54 on Disc 1 Side B, episodes 55-62 on Disc 2 Side A, and episodes 63-70 on Disc 2 Side B. The 4 A&E Bios will be on Disc 3 Side A.

Like Gilligan's Island ~ Season 3, The Munsters ~ Season 2 will have no Side B for Disc 3.

The great thing about the DVD set, is that we'll finally see all the episodes uncut, and the opening theme song will not be the edited TVLand version. It will have it's original opening and title theme, and of course, no interruptions during the closing theme.

They're still saying that Beverley Owen is Marilyn in the second season
