The Nanny is not strictly on one channel, it's original run is over. So the CBS you are talking about is your local CBS. For example the Nanny airs here at 5PM and 7PM on WNYW (FOX). So it can air on any locals. But I bet when it comes to Lifetime it will be only on Lifetime as they tend to get exclusive rights (ex: Golden Girls, Murphy Brown)

Right now The Nanny airs weeknights on WLVI in Boston at 7:30pm.
